The Annual General Meeting of the Victoria Flying Club will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 in the Members' Lounge of the Victoria Flying Club. The AGM will begin with a social hour at 6pm, and the meeting will commence at 7pm.

Agenda items for the AGM include, but are not limited to:

  • President's Report
  • General Manager's Report
  • Auditor's Report
  • Appointment of Directors

All VFC members are welcome to attend however, in accordance with Club Bylaws, only Sustaining and Life members may vote or be appointed as a Director.

This year, to streamline the sign-in process for sustaining and life members, we are asking attendees to register in advance. Your cooperation is appreciated.
